Obani Technical Management (authorized distributor of TallyPrime in Saudi Arabia) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and enterprise data. This policy explains what information we collect and how we utilize it.

1. Collected Information

We collect essential business details when registering orders or activating your software licenses, including:

  • Full name and job title of the decision maker.
  • Registered business or company name.
  • Saudi mobile number and active email address.
  • City and primary business activity.
  • Tax Identification Number (VAT ID) and CR Number (Optional for order customization).

2. Data Privacy & Local Database Security

TallyPrime is designed to secure your database locally. By using TallyPrime:

  • Your financial data is stored locally on your own computer systems or server node. Obani has no access to your databases unless you explicitly share them for backup or database repair services.
  • We sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to executing data migration services to ensure opening balances remain confidential.
  • All customer registration metadata is sent directly to Tally Solutions portals for official license records and renewal verification.

Terms & Conditions of Use

By purchasing TallyPrime licenses or subscriptions through Obani, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Authenticity & Legality

  • All TallyPrime licenses provided by Obani are 100% original and legally registered under Tally Solutions Ltd.
  • Redistribution, tampering, or reverse-engineering of the software is strictly prohibited under Saudi copyright and intellectual property protection laws.

2. License Classifications

  • Silver License (Single-User): Allows installation on one computer for a single active user. If you change your hardware, you must deactivate/surrender the license first to activate it on the new device.
  • Gold License (Multi-User): Allows unlimited active users on a Local Area Network (LAN) or secure VPN pointing to the same local host database.

3. System Prerequisites

Customers are responsible for ensuring their operating systems (Windows 7/10/11 or Windows Server) meet TallyPrime system requirements. Obani is not liable for data loss caused by virus infections, power cuts, or hardware failures on customer machines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund guidelines before completing your software activation.

1. Trial before Purchase

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer free trial options before purchasing:

  • You can book a free interactive demonstration (Demo) based on your industry workflow.
  • You can download the Educational Version of TallyPrime for free to test compatibility before activating a commercial license.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

  • Subscriptions (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual): Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated on your machine.
  • Silver & Gold Lifetime Licenses: Eligible for a refund within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the license key has not been registered or activated on Tally portals.
  • Technical Services: Custom implementation, data migration, and training fees are non-refundable once service execution has commenced.

Technical Support & TSS Policies

Active support ensures your software runs smoothly and remains compliant with regional updates.

1. Tally Software Services (TSS)

  • A lifetime purchase (Silver/Gold) includes 1 year of free TSS, giving you access to regular ZATCA updates, mobile reports, and remote data synchronization.
  • Renewal of TSS after the first year is optional but highly recommended to maintain compliance with ZATCA Phase 2 changes.

2. Scope of Local Support

Obani provides priority remote support via phone, email, and WhatsApp during working hours. On-site support visits are subject to scheduling and customized service contract terms.

Delivery & Activation Guidelines

We deliver licenses electronically for speed and efficiency.

1. Electronic Delivery

  • Once your order payment is verified or confirmed via WhatsApp, license keys and download links are delivered to your email/WhatsApp within 30 minutes.
  • Our system engineer will contact you immediately to guide you through remote installation using secure connection tools.

2. Activation Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate email and contact details during checkout to ensure correct registration of the license serial number under their company name on the Tally database.
